The location was superb, centrally located to many touristy neighborhoods in this city. The staff, from the friendly wait staff to the accommodating bellstaff and desk clerks, made me feel welcome and at home. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy lounge featuring a fireplace where I could chat with friends undisturbed. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with fresh-squeezed juice and exceptionally fresh eggs.

We loved the convenient location in the old port area, making it easy to walk to most places and catch boat tours. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms and a spacious room with a deck upgrade. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and informed upon arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable, a perfect 10 out of 10 for comfort.

The hotel's ideal location to everything in old port, the restored armory, and the lovely wedding/reception areas within the hotel were fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Complementary coffee and pastry delivered to our room in the morning was a nice surprise.

We had a fantastic stay in this city with the hotel's perfect location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Civic Center in bustling and fun Portland. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The complimentary coffee service delivered outside our door in the morning was a very special touch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were clean and extremely comfortable. The location secret in this city, right downtown, allowed us to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel's historic building added personality and charm. We loved how close it was to the waterfront, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. We also enjoyed the outstanding spa facilities and staff.
Can't fault anything about it.
